Entrevista
There were 4 stages, which included:
the initial CV & Cover letter upload followed by a Situational Judgement Test which assesses how you would react in some scenarios. This was followed by a video interview & then there was the Assessment Center.

The video interview was strengths based and they were about me rather than the company, the last question was about TR. So they would ask you questions and you would have to answer by providing an example whilst highlighting your STRENGTHS.
