3. HR & Salary Negotiation Round.
The Interview is very general & to the point, HRs are very sweet & they understand the person & ask questions accordingly, you will Love the experience even if you are not selected.
The Managers take the Second round & mostly if selected they will be the people you will be reporting to if selected so make sure you impress them.

You stat out with a written and verbal test to judge your communication skills, followed by a panel round or one-on-one discussion, then the final round consist of HR round.
