Muy "sencillo" en cuanto a la relación con tu RH, atentos en todo momento, muy concretos en todo momento en cuanto a planeación del proceso de reclutamiento y relativamente rápido ingreso.

Very smooth process, although some lack of clarity due to the amount of people working on it. Communication to be improved, to be honest, as not everything went as announced first.
-Very poor communication by HR.
-Long and unclear interview process.
-They just want to dig and find information about their competitors who happen to be my employer.
-Very unprofessional and hostile interviewers.
-Interviewers were late for interview and didn't respect people's time.
-An absolute waste of time.
-Overall, a very horrible interview experience.

The interview process was straightforward, although a bit more extensive. I thought overall it was a great experience. Not as long as they made it seem. I would do the interview process over again if needed.
