Mostly on the your projects and technologies you worked on. 3 rounds technical and one round HR. Initial Technical round is just screening and to check technologies mention in CV you worked on or not.
HR round is just package discussion.

Usually 2-3 interviews, 1 phone and 1-2 in person. Usually first is more a background to see if skills and experience are a fit. Second and third are more technical with multiple interviewers.

Entrevista
First round: telephonic screening round. Was asked about my experience, roles and responsibilities.
Second round: face to face. Detailed technical round. Was asked to explain the architecture of latest project. Was questioned on design decisions, optimizations etc. Basic questions on WPF, OOAD, C# etc. Not very deep, but superficial knowledge.
Manager round: Was told about the team structure, nature of work, expected responsibilities etc.
HR: Salary negotiation.
