It was long and very informal. More conversational than an interview. Almost felt like they were going through the motions because they already had someone internal lined up for the role.

lots of interviews but then go silent. Have posted then un-posted many jobs. Also they frequently hire from within and usually already have candidates but they post jobs and interview anyway.
