There were 2interviews: the first interview was very quick with HR and the second one was about 1 hour with the manager and team members. The questions were mostly general such as are you competitive or are you a team player.

Initial communication was with email by the HR. Then we scheduled an phone interview with an HR specialist. Phone screening was smooth, it took 20 minutes. questions were more about the company and job description and motivation for the position. At the end HR specialist wanted to schedule an interview with the team leader, We scheduled an another phone interview with team leader this time. It took 35 minutes and questions were general about what have I done in my previous workplaces and so on. Some questions about crisis time management are asked too.
