the Manager at the time was not being neutral, it seemed to favor other candidates and made me feel not welcome. However, other interviews with the head of the department was very nice and treated me like a human being not an number

There were prerecorded questions to answer via HireVue which I found quite cold way to approach a candidate. If rejected in the end, you will get a soulless automated message which tells you that you are not the applicant they are looking for.
