3 Phases
1) Hr round: personality and family background check; minimum salary expectations
2) Subjective test: a) English Language Test (grammar test, prepositions idioms ), b) legal reasoning test (contractual problems; email writing)
3) Personal Interview: communication skills, legal and analytical understanding (incompetent managers taking interview so not a big hurdle)

So they hired me for the job all the procedures were done . I never recieved a call from them for joining . This is. Fraud company and don’t rely on them . They call for interview even when they don’t have any vaccancy.

It took the entire day, was very professional though;There were three rounds, the first was with hr and the other two were technical rounds. They also asked about technicalities of contract management and document review.

One telephonic round, then technical round, manageral round and at last senior manager round. I have cleared all the round. After a week HR called me and said you are selected but its been one month they are not giving me offer letter. Disgusting!
