Met recruiters at career fair that was at my school. They were super nice and told me to apply online and took a copy of my resume. I then received an invitation to the video interview about a week or two later. It was a lot easier than I expected, anf there were only about 5 questions to answer. A week later, I got a call to schedule a phone interview, which took about 45 minutes. One or two weeks later, they invited me to their campus for an in-person interview. I was really nervous, but the first hour I shadowed an employee who was super nice, showed me how everything works with his job, and even graduated from my school. He was so awesome and when I went into my interview, I felt very comfortable! The recruiter was sooo nice and friendly, she really made the interview a great experience. About a week later, she called me to offer me the internship

They used the STAR method for part of the interview. The interviewer was rather relaxed, so the interview didn't feel high stress. It was pretty much your basic interview. They also asked what we expected we would be doing during the internship.
