1st round is an interview with the hiring manager essentially running through motivations and high level experience, followed by meeting hiring managers to do deeper dive interview outlining your experience

It was structured like a basic interview, including the STAR response formatting. There was a lot of behavioral questions, and the interviewer was very nice. Overall, was not very "difficult" and was kept light.
