Relaxed and easy going. Interviewer was very kind and wanted to have a casual organization. Questions focused on behavior responses rather than relevant experience. Applied for the position and it took 3 weeks to hear back, then quickly scheduled the interview.

Interview was over zoom, over all a very well organized interview and communication was good. No surprise questions were asked, and the interviewer seemed engaged. They were open about benefits, salary, and when they would contact you later on.

The initial interview was done over the phone. I remember the follow-up interview was done via webcam. Very relaxed interview and the conversation was fluid. The questions were standard in which the STAR Method was the focus for majority of the questions.
