Speed interview seven tables with one interviewer on each table all asking one question & writing your answer on the same sheet passed for them all to review later , plus a questionnaire for you to fill out on different scenarios & rating the most serious concerns to the non serious one.

A lot of stages! Starts off with a long application form with two questions (700 words) and then you are invited to a group exercise where you choose a scenario and work a team, then present your findings to a room. After the group exercise you are then potentially invited to the next stage, which was a role play and competency based interview on the same day.
