ThirdSpace's internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I had an interview with the recruiter, the Operations Manager and the PMO lead. The interview lasted around an hour- primarily, I was asked to complete a few tasks to get an idea of my time management and prioritization skills. The interview then consisted of some general Q+As, getting to know me and asking some competency-based questions. It was a very positive interview, and although it was with 3 interviewers it was still very relaxed and friendly.
