Entrevista
First round interview was a phone call with a recruiter where I was asked about my understanding of Third Bridge and the role, as well as some basic competency questions.
Second round was a 90-minute interview with two members of the Forum team. They asked me additional competency questions. After this, there was a quick case study, where I had a few minutes to read an article, talk about potential questions an investor might have, and go through a supply chain. The case study was followed by a Mock Call/Mock Pitch. That was the most awkward and nerve-wracking part. Overall, everyone involved was very nice and helpful throughout the process. I came in prepared with a bunch of questions for the interview and everyone was eager to give me detailed answers.
My advice is to have specific STAR method stories for each of the competency questions prepared, so you're not scrambling in the moment.

the whole process was less than 30 mins. The interview was not as hard as i expected , the interviewer asked some normal behavioral questions, and talked about the role and the company

Less than 30 mins, standard questions, 3 more rounds of interviews, interviewer was emotionless but nice. Got back to me in a week after I applied. First interview is with manager, second is with hiring manager, not sure about third and fourth.
