There are 2 steps. Phone interview and an on-site interview. The phone interview is just normal behavior questions and CV checking. The on-site interview was about 2 hours. The first hour, the team leader will interview the candidate. There are some behavior questions but the focus is on the case interview. The second hour, the interviewers are the vice presidents. basically you will have to review what the case is all about + some behavior questions (again)
