There was no process. Just ever-dragging interview schedules to eventually a generic "we hired someone great for this role". Mention of reorgs, schedule conflicts as excuses for reschedules. Major red flags with this company. I would not waste time to be considered in their so called "hiring process". Also be aware, they were in opportunistic layoff bandwagon happened in 2023 but I wanted to give the benefit of doubt since they started re-hiring.
