Expecting a candidate to deliver "technical depth" and high test coverage while simultaneously forcing them to spend limited time on basic environment setup is a poor evaluation of seniority. Ultimately, after investing significant unpaid hours into a deployment-ready application, the process concluded with a generic template rejection and no actionable feedback, reflecting a lack of respect for the candidate’s time and professional expertise.

Low stress initial interview followed by a longer interview reviewing experience so far and familiarity with their tech. Fairly good communication throughout. Overall an enjoyable interview experience, relevant technical questions and friendly encouraging interviewers.
