My interview experience with ThinkMarkets was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The recruiters communicated clearly at every stage, the questions were fair, and the interviewers were friendly and informative. Overall, it left a very positive impression.

Entrevista
The process was quite fast and straightforward. I applied for the role through LinkedIn and was contacted by HR (Ciana) shortly after. My first interview was with her, followed by a second interview with the COO. Everything went smoothly, and if I remember correctly, the entire process took around 2–3 weeks before I received my offer letter.
