It only took a few days after my resume was submitted, before I was selected for an interview. I had to pay for parking when I went to the interview. I was called the next day with a job offer. Typical interview with generic IT Project Manager questions. The interviewing panel wasn't very technical and really didn't know what to ask. I was still working in my previous job and had to resign. The new company didn't seem to care about that. They wanted me to drop everything and go get drug test and fingerprints. I had to schedule around my current projects. I'm a professional and I do not mistreat anyone, no matter what, even if I was leaving for a new opportunity.
