I submitted my application online. A few days later the HR contacted me for the first round of interview. It was the technical round. The interviewer asked me basic questions in R programming, time series etc . Then they contacted me for the 2nd round. On that round some basics questions in Statistics, probability and questions in some case studies were asked. In both of the interviews the interviewers were polite and they had good knowledge of Statistics. Also I was satisfied with my interview as I have answered almost all the questions asked. After that the HR mailed me about the 3rd round (the HR round I guess) which was going to be held on the next week. But after 2-3 weeks I mailed them to ask if any decision is made and the HR replied she will get back to me shortly. But unfortunately I never heard back from them and it's been almost 2 months now. I think that I performed well enough to warrant a response following the interview. I was really looking forward to an answer but now I am really disappointed to just be ignored post interview.
