Was referred to this job by a staffing agency. I met with a woman who immediately told me if I don't get past her then that means I didn't get the job. I thought that was strange and felt like i was being screened out before even opening my mouth. She begins to ramble for an extended period of time about the company, frequently going off on tangents. She then tells me that if I dont get picked then it has nothing to do with me but that they are looking for a specific fit for the job. Again I felt for some reason I was being screened out for the job before being asked a question. She proceeded to ask a series of questions and told me depending on how I answered them I would sit and interview with another guy in the building. Some of the questions asked were pretty routine and some just off the wall strange that had nothing to do with the job. Overall I thought the interview was pretty exhaustive and tiring for such a low paying low skilled job, it's essentially a small, crammed call center. They are very pretentious about the position and feel that they are doing you a great service if they choose you to work there, despite paying a poverty wage. Needless to say I did not sit with the other manager, the lady lied in said the guy you were suppose to meet with is unavailable. Definitely one of the strangest interviews I've been on amd ultimately a waste of time. I think they prefer women for the customer service roles as i did not notice many men on the phones.

Will meet with the manager/director of the department. Ask basic questions and will review your resume and ask about the timeline of your employment and also if you have any gaps. They also wanted to know if you were comfortable sitting for a prolonged period and using two computer screens.
