The recruiter was kind, direct and significantly more transparent than most I’ve encountered, so I greatly appreciated that. The interview process was straightforward until I was asked to interview with an exec who hadn’t yet began working at the company. Their understanding of the role was limited, so I question how that conversation impacted my candidacy. However the process was positive overall, despite not receiving an offer.
