A couple of rounds of interviews followed by 3 month trial period. Interviews and on-boarding felt quite natural, the flow was smooth. Not much room for salary negotiations. Salary was barely mentioned in the process.

Fairly straightforward, the interview was held online. If there are one or more positions, you might be in a panel interview. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. Joined the TFP program which is a contract position for 2 years
