The hiring process takes several days and there are many individuals involved. I had to go in 3 times. The first time for 3 hours, the next day for 2 hours and then they gave me an assignment which I could do in 2 days, but they called me int he next day. They were interviewing many other candidates and held off on a decision for 3 weeks. It's a hard interview.
