This company is datamining off of a popular job source site. They post jobs and call to get your salary information and background. Then, when you advance to the second interview, they ask you to walk through your resume and tell you there is a job that they are placing people with, but you need to take an "evaluation. " The evaluation for the business analyst role was in 7 lengthy parts and takes a considerable amount of time to complete. I sent in all required documents and then was ghosted. I have emailed and called to follow up, but I see them posting the same job with slightly different salary ranges and they seem to be playing games on the other site by not using their Theophany Staffing or the "Simplify Healthcare" names that they use under the guise of datamining you. The job wasn't really available and there is no position. Instead of being a "boutique staffing agency" they are just a sham. I regret speaking with them.
