If you value your time and professional dignity, beware. I recently applied for a role with Theo Agency in Oregon and was scheduled for a Teams interview. I showed up early, logged in, and waited the entire scheduled time — yet nobody from their team ever joined. No message, no update, no apology. Instead, I received a cold, automated email stating that I had "missed" the interview and that they would not be moving forward with my application. The level of disorganization, lack of basic communication, and complete absence of accountability was astonishing. It's one thing to mishandle a meeting — it's another to gaslight a candidate by blaming them for the agency’s own failure. Professionalism matters. Respect matters. If this is how Theo Agency treats prospective team members, I shudder to imagine how they treat clients behind closed doors.
