I was invited by a recruiter for Thentia for an initial first call, which is pretty standard. However, once we started talking I immediately realized that he had absolutely no interest in my experience or in our conversation, for that matter. He didn't even tell me about the company and the role, I had to ask him myself. The whole call took 4 (!!) minutes and he was so obviously in a rush to end it that it was borderline disrespectful. Even if I received invitations to interview further I would decline because I have never experienced such level of disrespect and indifference towards a candidate as I did during this 4 minute interview. I don't know how indicative it is of the whole company, but I would recommend Thentia to hire better recruiters.
