Interview with head swim coach. Applied online then later received phone calls to set up a meeting. Quick interview then a tour around the facilities. Showing a passion for swimming and a willingness and experience of working with kids is a must.
Very easy and quick. Interviewed with one director and given a tour of the building. I received an offer 2 days later and accepted the position. Started 2 weeks later.

Entrevista
Walked in 15 minutes early and the manager and I just had a simple conversation about life, then chatted about the position and how much I wish to be paid, hours wanted and when I could start. I mentioned I'd like to start immediately, so that day the manager sent me home with paperwork and a list of certifications I needed to get done before the first day of practice started. I got everything done in two days time. First day practice started the manager asked if I wanted to consider a higher certification and Red Cross Instructor Cert. I of course took it and loved every minute of working.
