Video interview & a panel interview of 5 people. I was also asked to complete a marketing campaign, which consisted of a landing page, email newsletter, & 3 social media posts. Itseems like they were just fishing for ideas. Any candidate who takes out the time to complete a presentation should be guaranteed a follow-up regardless of the decision.
