The usual phone screen via recruiter; eventually an on-site, all day series of interviews and panel. The lower level interviews went well, but the higher level ones were absolutely chaotic. In fact, I was made to wait well over an hour for an interview with someone who reported to the HR VP, eventually was asked to return the next day, wearing the SAME clothes, to complete that interview. I declined to return. The message I got from upper HR management was, I was and always would be their lowest priority and would never get a bit of support from them. (I see they changed their company name. Not surprising that a company this chaotic would think changing its name would somehow improve results.)
