I applied online and received a call for a interview. I interviewed with a store manager and a district manager. About a week later they called me for the job.
Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person with the store manager. The last round was another phone interview, this time with the district manager
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.

Entrevista
Application was online and simple. We set up an interview with the SM and then set up a second interview with the DM. Sometimes they will combine these into one interview.
