Ok look. I knew from the start that this company is shady to begin with even if there are people that you can clearly tell, work very hard. This company's hiring process is very much like a hook and bait whatever they can find. The first interviewer I had was extremely professional and she conducted herself well. She was quick, organized, on her feet constantly to make sure everything is on point. You could tell that she was overworked and was looking for good people to hire to help her do the job. To be honest I don't know how she does what she does everyday deal with people like Matthew Goodchild. My second interview went well , he asked and trained me the right things and you could tell they were trying to push me through to the last and third interview. The third interviewer was great, if anything he was the only reason why I was a little bit more interested in working for the company and I don't know how all of them could work with or for (? - yeah they made it a bit ambiguous about who was actually "in charge"). That being said my experience wasn't terrible but I could already see several red flags because Matthew Goodchild's name is attached to this company. It's funny because I don't think they realized that I applied and interviewed for a different company under his name, in the same exact office but somehow this company is now different.... that's how I knew that his previous business wasn't doing well and he clearly covered his last business up. I don't know if he paid for reviews to be deleted but regardless, it's a bit sad that this company is baiting perfectly great people who need a job and can't put a name to a face for what they actually do. They started in Europe? Ok sure- where is the proof? They focus on b2b sales, xfinity really? They might be a client but maybe they should show on their website of their approval of them. Why does the human interaction seem like it's a door to door sales pitch to rich people? Why is their companies name similar to other marketing firms almost as if to take their identity. How is this marketing firm any different in terms of focusing on telecommunications? There are so many questions and so little answers The sad part is is that the employees have so much potential but still haven't defined themselves yet. They have good people working there but can only do better if Matthew leaves the company officially.

The first interview was brief but the second one was more in depth. The second interview process was a bit extensive but the owner was incredibly polite. Everyone was very professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable.
