El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en The UPS Store (San Diego, CA) en jul 2009
Entrevista
I had two interviews total. One day, I had a very short interview with the manager of the store. It was probably about 15 minutes and it was a pretty easy interview. She browsed through my resume and saw that I had previous experience with handling packages. She asked me if I can handle the pressure of charging people handling fees for picking up packages that don't really exist in other UPS Stores. I said I was ready for that. After that, she said she'll get back to me ASAP as at that time they needed more hands to help in the store. The very same day, I got a phone call from the owner of the store asking me to come in the very next day for another interview, this time with him. The interview with him was pretty much the same questions. I threw him a few questions, including the dress code, etiquette, etc. 2 hours after my interview with him, I got a call from him saying that I got the job. I accepted right away.

Pretty straight forward stuff. Question about availability and if you can perform certain tasks while working. When can you start date and they explain the benefits. Really easy process as well
