Like many other comments have suggested, the entire process felt so unorganized. I received an email from one of their recruiters asking me to fill out a set of questions. Once I sent those in, I got a request for an interview a few days later but was only offered one day/time. When I responded with my availability, I didn't hear anything back for 2 or 3 days. I followed up with another email and then we were able to set up an interview for the following day. The interview itself was totally fine. The person I met with was very kind and easy to talk to. The only thing that stuck out to me was that there were no questions about my previous job experience or qualifications, or why I was interested. I was told there would be two more rounds and they were looking to hire someone quickly (within 2 weeks). When I didn't hear anything back after a week, I followed up with the same recruiter just asking for updates on next steps. It's been a few days and I never got a response to that email. It's incredibly frustrating and I'd rather receive a generic 'sorry, we've gone with another candidate' than just never hear anything at all. Up until this point, it's felt pretty disrespectful of my time and feels like a pointed indicator of maybe what it's like to work for the organization.

The process was very in depth with multiple rounds with different people and a test. For the test, they had you do an “Answer in the style of you choice” format but made it clear they wanted something big. Communication was lacking and there was a lack of respect/urgency for my time, which was frustrating considering how much time the entire process took
