I was contacted by a recruiter about this role and put in touch with TTC. Interview process consisted of a 2-stage interview. The first interview was just with my would-be line manager. Very relaxed guy, lovely to talk to, had a bit of a laugh and joke but also asked serious questions to test my knowledge. Second interview was more of an open chat between myself and the same manager from the first stage, a would-be colleague and the Director of IT. Less of a "technical" interview as I feel I must have reached their desired threshold for experience so more of a chat about myself, what the role would be, how I would fit in, discussed opportunities within the company etc. Overall I felt like they were very interested in having me on board and felt very professional and focused but also relaxed at the same time.
