Brief conversation with HR... Skipped meeting with anyone else, and proceeded to give me take home test. Initially my gut said no... I read through glassdoor, and it seemed like not a great place to work. Eventually I relented, and gave them a shot. Not a great idea.
For the position you are given one problem (which I won't elaborate on for their sakes). It's a vague problem at best. There are a lot of elements that are unsaid and you will be judged harshly. One other issue is the language choice. Don't pick C++, not because the language is difficult (it's not). They give that as an option but they don't know it. Case in point I got dinged for something I actually did provide a solution for, but... they had no idea (and unless you specifically point it out they won't know). Further the problem they give isn't solvable with the parameters they give due to fundamental misunderstandings on how the different languages work. Do yourself a favor and stick with C# or Java. I missed one area I should have got, which normally would be a bring the person in to talk... not so here. I had a better experience with Google. The way they handled it, I'm glad it didn't work out... I would have been miserable.

Can't say... but it's very vague what you are asked to do. Spend time going back and forth with engineers. They really should fix the question so you really know what you are supposed to solve.

Call with recruiter, hiring manager, then schedule 4 technical rounds in the same week, 2 days after last technical section offer is released. Recruiter explained the process and reason behind each section very well, so I can expect what will happen and how I can prepare. Instructions within the round are very clear, interviewers are helpful and collaborative, so even the questions are not that easy the process is actually quite enjoyable and I feel respected. The process is very efficient, from they receive my application to offer accepted takes around a month

Online Assessment, followed by a Hiring Manager interview that was System Design + Behavioral. Didn't pass that stage, was not given a reason, but I assume it was the system design portion. Next stage would have been a loop (2 coding + 1 system design).
