The interview process is terrifying because of how vigorous they grill you- I left in tears (and was hired moments later). Interviews are conducted 'panel style' with three or more senior attorneys attending and asking questions. You will be provided with abstract questions to "see how you think." You will have no idea if they like you or not.
Asked a math question at the very beginning and gave me a hypothetical about how I would feel if I were asked to lie to a client. The rest of questions were pretty easy and basic.

Entrevista
This interview was unlike any other I have had in the past. It was unconventional, and I liked that. The questions are designed to identify your thought processes and your temperament, as opposed to just your background. I appreciated the fact that they seemed to be looking to see whether I would fit into the office dynamic in addition to having the proper experience. They also were willing to take the time with me to answer all the questions I had, so when I was offered the job, I already knew that it was the right fit for me.
