I first completed a fairly long application form including a CV and a 2-page cover letter. I was then invited to complete a take-home assessment which was pretty straightforward. Unfortunately I was ghosted by the company after completing the take-home, so a pretty negative experience.

I applied online through LinkedIn, then received an email about a one-hour coding assessment. The test focused specifically on C programming skills and fundamentals.
The next stage was a 30 minute phone interview.
