7 hour assessment day where you go in and have a presentation, take an assessment (which some students from other colleges had already done on their home campus), have a group discussion with other people about the assessment while multiple people on the hiring team watch, and then you have three interviews that are one-on-one, lunch, and a company tour. It was relatively enjoyable and not too intense. You should know about sales turn and think about strategy.

I applied or the job through a posting offered from my school. They asked I send in a resume with a cover letter attached. They also had applicants complete a skills test which I would describe as basic and time consuming. I should mention I have no formal sales experience though I do run an online business selling clothing. I received an email stating that I had an interview. The interviewer was very professional and the interview was run very smoothly. I received a callback asking me to attend the next round. The next round included group interviews and team problem solving exercises which seemed pointless as they were asking us to solve problems most of us had no experience in solving.
