Contacted by a recruiter from the company. Told about the position. Interviewed about a three months after the initial contact from the recruiter. It is a panel style interview with situational questions about your management style.

Online interview, followed by an onsite visit. Brief tour of the facility but did not get to see much detail into day to day responsibility with the job. Interviewers were friendly and willing to help explain the job in further detail.
