I wonder what impression any candidate can make under 8mins with a recruiting team. The recruiting team tried to cram 20 interviews into a single day, risking the opportunity to accurately assess candidates credentials and abilities. They didn't give room for answers, and when they were asked, they pivoted to another question, declining to answer.
