Entrevista
There were two sessions of 2 hours each. Both session had two interviewers. One of each pair was a Director and the other a Senior Software Engineer.
There were general questions about what type of Software Development Activities I had been involved with. There were most interested in: Security experience, Deployment of production code, and Extracurricular software projects and studies.
Since I was experienced in Java, they asked questions about Object Oriented programming.
I mentioned that I was studying Design Patterns, and at that point I was asked to present the Visitor Pattern on the white board.

First call was with the recruiter who asked the dreaded, "Why do you want to work here?".
After 5 minutes of chat I discovered they pay 50% of market rate. I don't know how they think they are going to hire for very senior roles and pay less than new grad salaries.

Lengthy but substantive. Multiple interview with multiple teams. The process took almost two months and interviews were held during work hours (which was difficult given the number of interviews). Overall good people, but long process.
