The process was a very lengthy series consisting 6+ rounds of interviews including a screening, multiple discussions with the hiring manager, three panel interviews, and then a talk with the hiring manager's boss. Unfortunately outside of the interviews with the hiring manager, it was primarily unrelated to the actual job posting and I received conflicting information from numerous individuals. The final round was exclusively a C-suite executive looking to determine your company knowledge and what salary you were looking for. This individual was very unknowledgeable about the role and seemed put-off by questions. After all of this, I ended up getting ghosted for a few weeks and then received a short, generic rejection email. While I wouldn't categorize it as a wholly negative experience because I liked the people, the entire process was very disrespectful to my time as a currently employed senior-level manager. Requiring 6+ interviews to hire someone is fairly ridiculous.

Very fair and respectful conversation. Recruiter was wonderful and very informative and kept me posted every step of the way. The interviewer was well prepared and created a comfortable environment for me.
