Initial phone screen (30 minutes duration). The interviewer introduced herself. Asked questions. Informed about next hiring steps. I asked questions about the responsibilities of the role - NO REPLY because she didn't know. She claimed there is no assignment for the IT talent acquisition role. On the next step/interview I had to speak with 2 developers (!). The developers will inform me about the IT recruiter's role (!!!!). She was acting in ignorance of the basic procedures!

What do you know about the company you apply (the company approached me). Questions about my previous working experience. If there is target setting and what are these targets. How many placements in total? How do I deal with a difficult condition at work? Why do you want to leave from your current company?
