I received an invitation to interview a few days after the job posting had closed. I met with the Corps Officer who lacked personality and asked very entry level, basic questions which he read off of a worksheet during my interview for an HR Generalist role. I had prepared for more technical questions given that the requirements for the role were 3-5 years experience. The Corps Officer was not engaging at all and did not say anything in response to my answers, but just moved on the next question on the sheet he had. The whole meeting was about 20 minutes long and was completely underwhelming.
