First stage was great, It was informal but still had technical questions
Second stage was more of an interrogation with no time to think about the question asked, Different interviewer in second stage

Variety of technical questions, i.e. AD, networks, end user
Online screening then face to face interviews. Fairly formal. By 2nd interview stage I still had no idea of salary range or package. No response afterwards, not even a standard rejection email after having spent 3 hours on interview time.
