Their HR team seems unprepared or too junior still. I got a call back about 2 months after I applied. I told them the salary I wanted, they said it was too high for them but the HR person said she thinks I should still jump on a call with them. We scheduled the interview for the next week. The interview per say was easy, but those guys are so disorganized. I was promised at the end of the call, no matter the answer, I’ll get a follow up on my application. I didn’t hear from them for 4 weeks. I sent 2 follow up emails, no answers. Unprofessional, considering they’re the ones who insisted for an interview after I told them about my expected salary.
