1st Round Phone Interview: Basic tell me about yourself scenario. 10-15 minutes 2nd Round In Person Interview: Included a written test with mostly behavioral questions but also knowledge based questions. 30 minutes

Very straightforward process. They ask about you knowledge of Excel and your background using it. They also give you an instruction manual before the interview for a specific software they use to create CFAs. They want to see how well you understood the manual.
