Went in for 2 interviews both of which went fairly well. After the interview I was told a decision would be made within 2 weeks, that was not the case. Every since the interview RSI continues to advertise for a welding instructor. I believe they have no intentions of hiring a welding instructor, which makes this a very dishonest practice.
