I was recruited by Anne on LinkedIn, and had a total of 4 interviews. 3/4 interviews were video calls or by phone, and I interviewed with Anne, as well as a few other leaders within the company and the retail/cafe team. The whole process took about a month long, but it was totally worth it. Anne was extremely hospitable and friendly the entire time and always stayed in touch so I wasn’t left guessing what the next steps would be. There were a couple misunderstandings about interview times because she’s based in California, but she was really understanding and forgiving. Overall the process was seamless and really well organized!
